Gettysburg Consulting is a boutique  recruitment and HR consultancy based in Sydney. Our mission is to match leaders and future leaders to the organizations where they can make a difference. We focus currently on the Pharmaceuticals / Biotechnology and Medical Devices sectors.

We specialize in recruitment via our unique search and talent relationship management methodology for middle and senior management up to Director level in all management disciplines including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Engineering, Information Technology, Regulatory Affairs, Government & Public Relations and Manufacturing / Operations.

Depending on the level of the position and the needs of the client we use either research based search methodologies alone or search combined with advertising, referrals and social networking to acquire talent for you.

Our focus is on serving clients based in Australia, New Zealand, Asia and the Pacific region.

Via our network of similar small boutique search firms we can conduct international searches across all geographies.

We align ourselves with a small and select number of client firms and build long-term relationships with them and the potential leaders outside of them.

We consult on other HR solutions including large-scale recruitment projects and process design at all organization levels, provide
 Executive Coaching services to potential candidates and client firms, and assist with other HR services such as Benefits, Talent Management initiatives and more. We can consult and manage selection of service providers for Recruitment Process Outsourcing activities as an independent adviser.
