Gettysburg’s approach to candidate relationship management incorporates
informal career coaching. We maintain close contact and long-term
relationships with prospective candidates and provide a high level of service to
them so we can better match them to opportunities from our clients.

We also provide Executive Career Coaching Services designed to meet
specific coaching needs such as building individual development plans,
leadership of change, rehearsing of critically important events or simply
listening and providing feedback and advice.
